Q. Do you do jewellery repairs?
A. We do in house repairs on most jewellery items.

Q. Do you clean jewellery?
A. Yes we do free jewellery inspection & cleaning while you wait.

Q. Do you change watch batteries?
A. Watch batteries and link removal are done onsite while you wait. *for more than 3 watches we do require a 24 hour turnaround time*

Q. Do you do custom jewellery?
A. Yes, we do custom design of new items and redesign of older pieces.
*Appointments are recommended to speak with our goldsmiths.

Q. Are re-orders available on stock items?
A. Re-orders are available on most items with varying turnaround times depending on supplier.

Q. Do you do appraisals?
A. Appraisals are completed by a third party appraiser, and is recommended to be done every 7 years.

Q. Do you do ear piercing?
A. Yes, we offer ear piercing services for ear lobes ONLY. Appointments are required.

Q. Do you do engraving?
A. We offer a third party engraving service for both laser and hand engraving, with plenty of options available for fonts.

Q. Where can I park?
A. There is free parking downtown Milton with locations on Main St, and designated free public parking lots on Mary St, and Mill St.
